AlZainah walking to the coffee table and grabbed the paper and started reading through it.



AlZainah was a bit hesitant but she wanted to take a risk: mama?

AlZainah's eyes popped out she was so shocked: o min gal bnyeebhom yakhdmoun?

Her mother gave her a death stare: 7amith 3ala bozhom, akhir 3umri a3zim el khidam



AlZainah put the paper back on the table and walked away, she couldn't believe how heartless her mother can be.

AlZainah: yuma!! Shako khidam? 3indhom asame!! o bashar 7alhom 7alna! o a9lan 3umrhom ma 9araw khadam 3indina!

AlZainah sighed: allah yir7ima



AlZainah left her mother and walked to her room.

The girls laughed, Hessa had no idea that she actually just planted an idea in AlZainah's mind.



AlZainah grabbed her mobile and called Ahmed, He didn't pick up then she decided to text him instead of calling again.

AlZainah read Ahmed's reply to the girls.

AlZainah left the girls and walked to the living room.

AlZainah was shocked, it was like she was talking to someone else; someone that is not even close to her mother.

She was wearing slippers and her heels were in her car.

AlZainah and her mother had a plan to surprise her father.



AlZainah and her father walked to the car.

AlZainah: akeed omi 6alba shay! yalla baba!!

AlZainah and her father arrived at 360, While her mother was waiting for the guests to arrive.

AlZainah got a text from her mother telling her that everything is ready, all guests arrived and she was on the way back home with her father.



Father: maskeena omch lu 6al3a ma3ana



AlZainah smiled.



Father: ola sh'hal za7ma 3indina?



AlZainah giggled.



Father: laish aku vallet?



AlZainah: hmmm madre



Father: zayoun baba sh9ayir?



AlZainah giggled: madre



AlZainah parked her car.




AlZainah: yubba yalla!!



Her father smiled: wala madre shimsaween!!



AlZainah quickly grabbed her heels from the back seat and threw her flats in the car, her father laughed.



AlZainah and her father walked through the candled pathway that leads to the garden.



Father: allaah shay shay



AlZainah smiled.



"Halaaa!!"



AlZainah's father had a wide smile on his face when he saw everyone.



"Happy birthday 3ami!!!"




AlZainah's friends walked to her father.




Father: hala baba hala 7abaybe



AlZainah quickly scanned everyone, she saw a lot of faces but not the face that she wanted to see the most, Her father started greeting everyone. 



"Ma shiftay hamad?" AlZainah whispered to Sara.



Sara: laa!! ma yah!



When everyone settled down,  AlZainah started walking around and quickly greeted everyone.




AlZainah: halaa hallaa!!



Faisal: ahlaaan



AlZainah: shakhbarik?



Faisal: tamaam wintay?



AlZainah sat on the chair beside Faisal: shoof ki7le 7ilo?



AlZainah closed her eyes.



Faisal laughed: ee 7ilo



AlZainah looked around.



Faisal: mnu tdawreen?



AlZainah: ma7ad!



Faisal nodded.



Faisal's mobile rang, AlZainah looked at the screen at it had the letter "H"



AlZainah: mnu H?



Faisal: wain?



AlZainah: H daga 3alaik!! mnu hathe?



Faisal laughed: shtabeen ya3ni? 



AlZainah: way Faisal mnu hathe?!!



Faisal: laish mit2akda inha wa7da? ymkin wa7id!



AlZainah: laish btsame rfejik H?



Faisal laughed.



AlZainah: Faisaaal jawibne yal sakheef!

Faisal grabbed his mobile and went through his contacts quickly: shifaty? kilkom bas awal 7arf

Faisal smiled.



The girls rushed towards AlZainah and sat around her.



AlZainah: shfekom?



Latifa whispered  something in AlZainah's ear, She quickly stood up and looked to her back.



Faisal looked to the back and saw Hamad and his family, he sighed and looked back.



AlZainah walked toward Ahmed: Halaaaa!! 7ayakom allah!!



Ahmed: hala zayon!! Yumaaa



His mother turned around.



AlZainah: ahlaaaan khalti!!! 



Mother: hala 7abeebte mashalllaaah!! kibartaay allah y7afthich



AlZainah smiled and walked towards her, Hamad's mother gave her a warm teddy bear hug.



AlZainah: Hi jen!! 



Jennifer: hello!! wow the garden is so beautiful!! 



AlZainah smiled and looked at Hamad: Hi



Hamad nodded.



AlZainah: 7ayakom allah tfathilaw!



Ahmed: 3ami bo Zaid waina?



AlZainah walked towards her father and they walked behind her.



AlZainah: baba? 



AlZainah's father and mother turned around.



Father: halaaaa!!!! 7ayaakoum alllaaah!!



AlZainah's mother didn't move, She just started at them and looked away.



Ahmed: khalti shlonch?



AlZainah's mother didn't even turn around look at them.



AlZainah: hehehe umm shakilha ma sma3at min el iz3aj! 7ayakom tfathilaw! 



AlZainah walked them to their table and sat beside Jenifer. 



The movie started, it had a lot of photos of AlZainah's father in many occasions, short clips of his close friends and family members talking about him.


The movie ended, Hamad stood up and walked out of the garden, and AlZainah knew exactly why.


AlZainah looked at Ahmed and his mother both gave her half smiles.

AlZainah rushed behind Hamad.

Hamad continued walking to his car.

Hamad stood in his place without turning to AlZainah.



AlZainah: Hamad wala el3atheem ma kint adre

AlZainah: wala el 3atheeem wala ma kint adre wala shift el video ila tawni!!



Hamad: khlisaw el 9iwar? Ma in7a6at ila aghlab el 9iwar ele oboy wagif yam el sayara aw wagif wara china 9ibi?!



AlZainah: wala ma kint adre Hamad!! 



Hamad: gilthom la inye! ma 6a3oune!! Yayeen ninthaal o namshe!!!



AlZainah sighed, it was like Hamad wasn't listening to her: wala ma kint adre



Hamad: ma tafrig tadren wala la! 



AlZainah: shlon ma tafrig? ana 3azamtkom! 



Hamad: AlZainah min 6ala3na min baitkom wana mqarir ina ma aridla



AlZainah sighed.



Hamad: o mqarir ansa kilshay lah 3alaqa ib hal bait o kil shakh9 fa bas la ti7ineeen 3ala rasi o la ti6l3ele ib kil mukan!!



Hamad continued walking to his car.



AlZainah: Hamad ma khalast kalame



Hamad: ana khalast kalame



AlZainah: Hamad please! wala ma astahil t3amilne chithi!



Hamad: khalas 3ayal! la at3amal ma3ach khair shar!! la tklamene wala akalmch! 



AlZainah's eyes were filled with tears.



Hamad left AlZainah standing in the middle of the street and walked to his car.



AlZainah's tears started rolling down her cheeks: qaleel eladab!!



Hamad turned around and faced AlZainah: walaaih!! Y9er ma tabchen!



AlZainah: LAA MAY9ER! Sh'hamik a9lan bichait wala la? 



AlZainah left Hamad in shock and walked back to the garden.
